In the summer of 2010, Westshore Enforcement Bureau (WEB), received stimulus funding from the State of Ohio. This grant was used to establish the Westshore Young Leaders Network comprised of middle and high school students from WEB’s six service communities: Bay Village, Fairview Park, Lakewood, North Olmsted, Rocky River and Westlake. Since 1975, WEB has provided drug and alcohol prevention services through a broad range of community presentations. WEB is heralded as a model drug task force in Ohio.
